1. What are the major stressors in your life and how might they be alleviated? Be specific.
  • How does expectation exacerbate stress in your life?
  • Does self-judgement exacerbate stress in these areas of your life?
  • Could self-forgiveness relieve some of the stress in your life?
2. What are your primary vices are and how do they impede your physical and mental health? Be specific.
  • Where do you require moderation and where do you need abstinence?
  • Do you have destructive mental habits that would qualify as vices?
  • Is choosing health over habit a challenge for you? If so, why?
