Writing Prompts

1. Where do you feel out of balance in your body or regarding your physical health? Be specific.
  • How does stress exacerbate these imbalances?
  • Are you comfortable and centered in your own body? If so, why. If not, why not?
  • How do these physical imbalances reflect emotional or spiritual imbalances?
2. Has your physical energy changed with age and how do you accommodate these changes?
  • Do you accept these changes or do you fight against them? What's the result of that?
  • Do you allow yourself to do nothing? If so, why? If not, why not?
  • How do you deplete your energy in unconstructive ways?
