1. Do you have seemingly irreconcilable opposites (conflicts) in your life today? If so, what are they? If not, why not? Be specific.

  • Do these opposites cause you stress, and if so, how and why?
  • How could shifting your beliefs help you coexist better with your opposites?
  • How would your self-image shift if you could make room for both of these opposites in you?

2. When is consistency a virtue for you and when does it become a handicap? Why is this so? Be specific.

  • In what parts of your life might you benefit from being less consistent?
  • Do you equate lack of consistency with failure, and if so why?
  • Where is consistency indispensable in your life?
