1. In what ways do your daily habits support -- or contradict -- your long-term goals and intentions? Be specific.

  • Which of your habits lead to short term satisfaction but long term destruction or pain?
  • How do you justify your unhelpful habits?
  • Can you make short-term sacrifice for long-term gain?

2. Which behaviors or patterns would you like to change in the new year? How can you re-structure your life to support these positive changes? Be specific.

  • What do you deeply want to do differently in 2023?
  • What changes can you make in your environment to facilitate these changes?
  • Are you helped or hindered by the company you keep?
