Writing Prompts

1. Which habits, conditioned thoughts, and obsolete narratives are you ready to give up in your life? Be specific.
  • Which habits have outlived their usefulness in your life?
  • Which conditioned thought patterns need to be updated or discarded altogether?
  • Which narratives block you from thriving?
  • What are the low hanging fruit in your life that are just waiting to drop?
2. How is expectation related to stress in your life? What are you waiting for in order to be happy? Be specific.
  • Are there areas in your life where you find yourself chronically waiting for something to happen? 
  • What do you avoid in the present by focusing on the future?
  • Do you ever catch yourself basing your happiness on future outcomes?
